Description

Black and white view of the entrance to the port of La Rochelle, with sailing boats and the tower of La Rochelle in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 29, 1895, sent to Madame Godet in Bordeaux, with a violet 40-centime stamp and a postmark from La Rochelle.
