View of the ruins of the medieval castle of Langeais, surrounded by dense vegetation, with a path below and a French-style garden in the foreground. Back: handwritten address to Suzanne Painmont in Paris, 24-centime postage stamp cancelled in Tours on 24 November 1906, with a note on the front indicating that correspondence is not accepted for foreign countries.
