View of the port of Le Havre at Quai Videcoq, with a large steamer emitting smoke and coastal buildings, including a hotel and a bar. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 10-11-1927 sent to Madame V. F. Hasse in Torpes (Aube), with two 20c stamps and a postmark from Le Havre.
