Description

Colorized view of a lively beach at Le Portel, with numerous bathers, colorful beach cabins, and houses on a hill in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mme Georges Sand in Saint-Quentin, dated 1963, with a 0.20 franc postage stamp and a cancellation from Calais. The publisher is Combier Verbatim, and the card bears the inscription 'Collection Duhamel'.
