Description

Black and white view of the Garabit metal viaduct, spanning the Truyère river, with pines in the foreground. On the reverse, a postcard dated August 7, 1963, sent from Le Pays Vert (Clermont-Ferrand) to Madame Cauguel in Toulouse, with a blue 20 franc stamp and a circular cancellation. The handwritten text mentions the artificial lake formed by the Garabit dam and expresses holiday wishes.
