Description

Black and white view of a snow-covered village nestled at the foot of an imposing mountain, with a church visible in the center. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated around 1950, addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Herr in Dieppe, describing a wonderful stay in Les Contamines with skiing and chairlifts, and mentioning the beauty of the landscape and chalet. The postmark is canceled in Paris.
