View of the Gorges du Fier near Annecy, showing a visitor on a suspended metal bridge between rocky cliffs. The printed text at the bottom reads '3413. ENVIRONS D'ANNECY LES GORGES DU FIER L'ENTRÉE'. On the reverse, a postcard sent to M. J. Champy in Lyon, with an 8 franc stamp and an Annecy postmark of 25 June 1953.
