Description

Advertising envelope from the E. Bradford Clarke Co., located at 15th and Chestnut Streets in Philadelphia, with a green 2 cent stamp depicting Lincoln. The handwritten address is directed to 'Miss Chew' at Main & Johnson St, Philadelphia, with a Philadelphia postmark dated May 5, 1898. The reverse shows part of the sealed envelope with a partially visible circular postmark.
