Commemorative postcard marking the 154th anniversary of the ratification of the Delaware Constitution, the first state to do so in 1787. Blue printed text on a beige background with the state seal. Reverse: red text indicating that the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor began at 7:55 on December 7, 1941, with the seal of the Territory of Hawaii. Addressed to Sanford Lavenberg in Long Beach, California, USA. Stamps of 2 cents (USA) and cancellation 'HAWAII' from December 7, 1941.
