Official Navy envelope dated November 20, 1919, sent from the Fleet Post Office in San Francisco to the Commandant of the Western Sea Frontier. American postmark canceled by hand with the notation 'U.S. POST OFFICE' and the date. Reverse: handwritten writing 'Kotche Ray, Ekian' and the number 'Nas 5'.
