Description

American air envelope dated July 25, 1943, sent from San Francisco to Washington D.C., with a 6-cent air stamp depicting an airplane. It bears a naval censorship stamp 'PASSED BY NAVAL CENSOR' and is addressed to Mr. John A. Hull in Washington D.C. The reverse is blank, with no text or illustration.
