Aerial commemorative postcard of the first issue of American aerial stamps from 1946, franked with two 5-cent stamps depicting airplanes. It bears a circular postmark from « United States Air Mail » and a large first-day postmark from Washington D.C. dated 25 September 1946 at 9:00. The handwritten address indicates Mr. Flubgel in Washington D.C. with a note of « Demonstration Flight ».
