Black and white view of the Town Hall of Limoges, an imposing building with a clock tower and slate roofs, surrounded by trees and lawns. Reverse: handwritten message dated 24.12.36, sent by a correspondent to his friends, mentioning his arrival in Limoges after a month of rest. Postmark and cancellation visible at the bottom right.
