Description

Side view of the Basilica of Lourdes, with its imposing bell tower and religious buildings nestled in a mountainous landscape. The green 5-centime French Republic stamp is affixed at the top right. On the reverse, a postcard dated October 1st, 1908, sent from Bagnères-de-Bigorre to Melle Iréline Sirugue in Maligny, with a handwritten message: 'Sincere friendship, Ars Gathelier.'
