View of the Lourdes cave with a statue of the Virgin Mary in the center, surrounded by vegetation and many lit candles behind a metal grate. On the reverse, a postcard dated 14-7-1903, addressed to Madame Alfier in Alais, with a handwritten message signed 'Renaud de Mairo' and a partially visible postage stamp.
