Interior view of the Lourdes cave with a statue of the Virgin Mary in the background, a priest in prayer before an ornate altar, and numerous lit candles. On the reverse, a postcard dated 15–16–1943, sent to Madame Maurice Costa Emile in Toulouse, with a French Republic stamp and the inscription 'Carnival Souvenir'.
