Interior of the miraculous grotto of Lourdes, with a statue of the Virgin Mary nestled in the rock, an altar with candles and a large lit candle. Printed text in French and English on the front: 'At the Blessed Grotto, I have prayed for you'. Reverse: address to Mrs. Bruneau in Nice, French 25-centime postmark, Lourdes postmark of 27.08.1966, and mention of the publisher Ed. P. Doucet, Pl. Peyramale.
