View of the Basilica and the Miraculous Grotto in Lourdes, with pilgrims praying in front of the statue of the Virgin. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated April 25, 1960, sent from Lourdes to L'Abbaye de Sainte-Croix, mentioning a visit to the grotto and a return to Vannes. French postmark from 1960 and Lourdes postmark.
