Panoramic view of Lourdes with the sanctuary at the top, the city spreading gently downhill, and a church with a pointed spire at the bottom right. The reverse has a handwritten address to Mr. Grangrat in Lourdes, a green 10-centime stamp, and a circular postmark from Lourdes (Hautes-Pyrénées) dated 18/03/1903.
