Description

View of the thermal establishment in Luchon, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, with pedestrians and a colonnaded building. The reverse has a handwritten note from Louis Meyer to Messancour, dated July 27, 1903, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a Luchon cancellation.
