View of Lyon's Prefecture, an imposing neo-Renaissance building with dormer roof and ornate façade, surrounded by a garden and square with a few passersby. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. André Forestier in Vaulainais, 10-centime postmark, dispatch postmark from Voulangis (Côte-d'Or) dated 18 February 1915, and receipt postmark from Pottier (Rhône) dated 27 January 1915.
