Description

Colored view of the Pont Transbordeur in Marseille, with its two metal towers and its deck crossing the port, where several vessels are navigating. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame Marie, rue S. Honore, Villa Créa, La Borma, Nice, with a postmark from the Compagnie Régnale du Train and a Marseille cancellation dated 27.8.39. The sender is Emile, with a note 'Arrived good 12 and cost longer tomorrow'.
