Description

Colorized view of the Port Quay in Marseille, with many moored boats and a lively street lined with buildings. In the foreground, a large building bears the inscription 'LA SAMARITAINE LINGERIE'. The reverse shows a handwritten letter addressed to M. Subervage in Bagnères-de-Luchon, with two green 25-cent stamps and a 'Marseille' dispatch postmark dated 13 July 1903.
