View of the Pommier Mill in Meaux, a water mill surrounded by dense vegetation, with a visible canal below. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Denis Pombour, rue de Phasbourg, Lévis, and indicates that all foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front. Two blue-green 5-centime stamps are affixed at the top right.
