View of the Town Hall in Meaux, an imposing building adorned with the inscriptions 'LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ' above the entrance. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Mme. Dany in Vincennes, with the note 'N'oublions pas les anciens' and a signature from Victor Barday. Postal stamp from Paris, cancellation visible.
