General view of Menton with the town perched on a hill, a church with a steeple visible, and an arched bridge in the foreground along the edge of a watercourse. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated January 29, 1915, addressed to 'Mrs. Pauline Deulin' at '40 Rue de Sologne, St Germain en Laye', with a 10-centime postage stamp and a cancellation 'ALPES MARITIMES'.
