Panoramic view of the beach and quay in Menton, with swimmers, colorful umbrellas, and vintage cars along the promenade. The printed text indicates 'MENTON 186 — The Beach and General Leclerc Quay'. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Mrs. Antoinette Carbonari, with a green 0.30 franc stamp and a Menton cancellation dated June 19, 1974.
