View of the caves and cliff of Meschers, with a path leading to a building overlooking the sea. Printed text at the bottom: 'MESCHERS. — The Caves and the Cliff. — LL. Novozelski. — Souvenir of the Seaside Baths. — Royan.' The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to Monsieur Louis Gourmeureau in Audenge, with two postage stamps and two circular postmarks of 'AUDENGE' dated 2 June 1906.
