Description

View of the funicular at Mont-Dore, with a small wooden house in the foreground and a wooded slope in the background. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Monsieur Gaëtan Posten, a cadet officer at Les Haras, to Les Haras, Le Tré. Two green 5-centime stamps are affixed at the top left, cancelled with a circular postmark 'LES HARAS' and 'PORTÉ'.
