Black and white view of a flooded paved street in Montargis, lined with old houses with deteriorated facades, with a tree in the center. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Monsieur Louis Martin in Baguines-de-Bigorre, mentioning admiration for the old streets of the city and the partial demolition of the district. Postmark of 12 centimes of the French Republic, canceled on 8-9-50.
