View of the Porte de la Craffe in Nancy, a fortified gate with two conical towers and an ornate arch with a cross. On the back, a handwritten letter dated August 31, 1901, sent from Nancy to Paris, signed by Madame Labat, mentioning a vacation stay and a planned return on September 6.
