Color illustration of a carnival float in Nice in February 1904, depicting a royal figure seated on a throne, surrounded by characters in white costumes. The printed text at the bottom indicates 'Carnival of Nice, 4 February 1904, Car of S.M. Carnival'. On the reverse, a postcard with a green stamp and a cancellation from Alpes-Maritimes dated 23 February 1904, addressed to Louis Broquet at Salies-du-Salat (H.G.).
