Lively view of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, with people in period clothing and an arch at the water's edge. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated February 9, 1913, addressed to Mrs. É. Bernard in L'Égiguel (Indre-et-Loire), with the publisher 'ÉDITION GILETTA PHOT. NICE' at the bottom left.
