Description

Aerial view of the Jetty Palace in Nice, a building on stilts by the sea, with a large central dome and towers. The reverse has handwritten address to Madame V. Sarquigny in Saumur, a Nice postmark dated October 15, 1902, and a green 20-centime stamp.
