View of the Palais de la Jetée in Nice, an imposing building on stilts by the sea, with pedestrians on the beach and a bridge leading to the building. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated November 13, 1925, sent from Nice, with a red 40-centime stamp and a Nice postmark.
