View of the City Hall of Orléans, dated 1530, completely renovated and restored by Dalton from 1850 to 1854, with a statue of Joan of Arc on the steps of the Honours Court. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Émilez in Tours, with a stamp and cancellation from Tours (Loiret) dated July 25, 1907.
