View of the Chamber of Deputies in Paris, with its neoclassical architecture and a few passersby. The reverse bears a handwritten address to M. Mouline in Bordeaux, with a 5-centime postage stamp and a Parisian cancellation. The writing is in violet and the address is clearly legible.
