Postcard showing the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel in Paris, with a bilingual inscription at the top. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Targantier in Trepel, dated 23 May 1923, with a 25 centimes French stamp and a postmark from Paris Gare de l'Est.
