Colorized aerial view of the Palais de Chaillot in Paris, with its large central basin and symmetrical avenues, surrounded by gardens and the Seine in the foreground. On the reverse, printed text indicates its construction in 1937 by architects Carlu and Boileau, as well as its contents: Museum of the Navy, Museum of Man, and a notable hall. French 8-centime postmark and Paris cancellation stamp.
