View of Paris City Hall with its ornate façade and central tower, under a clear sky, with pedestrians and horse-drawn carriages in the square. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 28 September 1908, addressed to St-Brieuc, mentioning the delayed arrival in Paris and the travelers' fatigue. 10-centime French Republic postal stamp, postmarked RIEUCOURT on 29 September 1908.
