Panoramic view of Paris City Hall, an imposing building with its central tower and ornate façades, in front of a lively square with a few pedestrians and a bicycle. On the reverse, a postcard sent to 'Mr. Carlier, at their parents', at the shop, art of Fishing' in Coons, with a blue 5-centime stamp and a postmark from Rennes dated 25 October 1904.
