Description

View of Paris City Hall, rebuilt from 1876 to 1884 in the Renaissance style by architects Ballu and Deperthes, with inscription indicating the laying of the first stone in 1593. The reverse presents handwritten correspondence addressed to Pierre, dated 18 July 1908, with a signature 'Pierre' at the bottom right.
