View of the Odéon theatre in Paris, with inscription detailing its history: built in 1779, burned down in 1799, became the Théâtre Français in 1819. French postal stamp of 10 centimes of the Republic. Reverse: handwritten ink writing, address to Monsieur and Madame Forestan in Mornas, with a postmark from Toulouse dated 12 September 1909.
