View of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, with horse-drawn carriages and pedestrians around, dated around 1910. The reverse has handwritten text addressed to Madame Belouche in Paris, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Châlons-sur-Marne dated 30 December 1910.
