View of the Élysée in Paris, with a lively street filled with pedestrians and a fiacre. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to 'Mesdames Barthelemy' in Coteaux de St-Cloud, with a red 10-centime stamp and a postmark from 'ST-CLLOUD-COTE-ET-OISE' dated April 6, 1908.
