View of Place de la Concorde in Paris, with the Luxor Obelisk in the center and the buildings of the Palais de la Concorde. The printed text relates the history of the square, its successive names, and the statues of the major cities of France. On the reverse, a 25-centime stamp, a Paris postmark from April 14, 1930, and a handwritten address to Madame Saligi in Sargendu.
