View of the Notre-Dame-des-Champs church in Paris, with its ornate portal featuring a large circular stained-glass window and its bell tower. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame Marie-Rose Izard in Castelnaudary, with a postmark and a Paris cancellation from 28 April 1904.
