View of the Fontaine de l'Observatoire in Paris, with a globe at the top and water jets surrounded by equestrian sculptures. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Jeanne Pernelle at La Grotte, 5 centimes stamp and a Lyon postmark from 24 July 1913.
