View of the City Hall of Paris, an imposing Haussmann-style building with ornate roofs and richly detailed façade, in front of a lively square with pedestrians and period vehicles. Reverse: correspondence dated 23-12-1930 to Mr. Marland, engineer, 33 rue Gambetta, Meaux, with a handwritten message 'A jenddi - à bientôt - Très amicalement - anno'.
