View of the City Hall in Paris, a monumental building with slate roofs and architectural details, dated July 10, 1906. The reverse side bears a handwritten address to Madame Véronique Desmonts at La Béchaine, with a note regarding certain foreign countries refusing correspondence from this side. French postmark and Paris postmark.
